EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT
W. Lee Domingue, Sr. -- Chief Executive Officer
Lee Domingue is the Chief Executive Officer of the Indirect Lending unit of Wolters
Kluwer Financial Services. He is responsible for the overall strategic direction
of the company’s indirect lending offerings including AppOne’s solutions, which
help automotive and marine dealers and lenders reduce compliance risks, improve
workflow and meet industry requirements; electronic and paper contracts; CompliSource;
DMSOne; DocOne; and RefundOne. Domingue has more than 20 years of experience in
the auto finance industry. He joined Wolters Kluwer Financial Services in 2007 when
the organization acquired AppOne, which provides Internet-based risk mitigation
and financial technology to banks, auto finance companies and independent auto dealers
throughout the United States. Domingue, who founded AppOne in 1997, created both
the management software and innovative indirect financing programs that connect
local, regional and national lenders with more than 3,000 dealers across the nation.
Prior to founding AppOne, Domingue spent 11 years working in the automotive retail
and financing business.
Domingue attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and University of Louisiana in Lafayette.
S. Chris Herndon -- Chief Financial Officer
Chris graduated from Texas Christian University in Ft. Worth, TX with a Bachelors
of Business Administration in Accounting. He worked with Price Waterhouse in Ft.
Worth for two years and obtained his Texas CPA license while serving on the audit
staff. Chris went on to serve as the Chief Financial Officer of an independent oil
& gas producer from 1984 to 1994 where his focus was on acquisitions of producing
properties and management of the day-to-day financial operations. In 1994, Chris
moved to Houston to become a co-owner in a financial services business that provided
investment management and financial planning services to individuals and businesses.
Chris' securities testing includes series 2, 7, 63, 65, as well as, a group 1 life
and annuity insurance license in Texas. In 1998, he accepted the position of CEO
with The Mattress Firm, a national specialty retail organization. From 1998 to 2001,
the company grew from 100 stores to 300 and became the largest specialty mattress
retailer in the country.
Chris has an entrepreneurial spirit with a financial perspective. His prior businesses
have been successful due to thoughtful planning and execution to meet the goals
of a vision.
Param Ramakrishnan -- Chief Information Officer
As Chief Information Officer, Param plays an intricate role in providing technology
vision and leadership for developing and implementing information technology initiatives
that accelerate employee efficiencies, workflow processes and business development
strategies.
He leads planning and implementing enterprise information systems and networks to
support both distributed and centralized business operations and achieve cost effective
enterprise-wide IT operations. By interacting and proactively participating with
other members of senior management, he develops and executes strategic plans to
align the business goals of the company with IT initiatives.
Corporate-wide security is another key responsibility on which Param focuses. He
is responsible for developing, testing, implementing and enforcing policies and
procedures to ensure the protection of corporate IT assets. He manages intellectual
property and the integrity, security, and privacy of information entrusted to or
maintained by the enterprise. He also develops and maintains an enterprise-wide
business recovery plan to ensure timely and effective restoration of IT services
and systems in the event of a disaster.
Param has worked for several startup and small businesses during his career, and
has the entrepreneurial spirit and expertise that is needed to grow and support
the company's IT initiatives. Param holds a Bachelors of Engineering in Computer
Science from the University of Poona in India. Being a developer at heart, he is
constantly learning and implementing new programming technologies during his spare
time.
MANAGEMENT
Thomas Fields --National Sales Manager
Prior to joining AppOne, Thomas ran a successful Mazda Infiniti dealership in Little
Rock, AR. With 15 years of automobile industry experience in both sales management
and F&I training, Thomas has been instrumental in helping with AppOne’s national
expansion. He now manages our sales force and coordinates our relationships with
key strategic partners.
Flynt Stilley -- Dealer Accounts Manager
Dealer Accounts Manager Flynt Stilley joined the AppOne team after a successful
10-year career in both automotive sales and management. Flynt and his team provide
frontline support for AppOne’s independent dealer clients nationwide. With a wealth
of experience in both indirect auto finance and vehicle sales, Flynt understands
what dealers and lenders each need to be successful. Flynt attended Southeastern
Louisiana University in Hammond.
Keith Johnson -- Risk Manager
Keith Johnson brings more than two decades of experience in the field of military
intelligence to AppOne. As Risk Manager, he ensures sound underwriting practices
by mitigating risk between dealers and lenders. He and his team thoroughly review
all dealer applications for both compliance and accurate representation. They also
help dealerships reduce consumer fraud. Keith is a 20-year veteran of the U.S. Navy,
where he served as a Master Chief Petty Officer, specializing in cryptology, information
warfare and electronic intelligence. Keith also served as a Legislative Assistant
in the Louisiana House of Representatives.
Dawn Hunt -- Dealer Support Manager
Dealer Support Manager Dawn Hunt is a veteran of banking and finance. Dawn and her
team provide tailor-made, one-on-one technical support to the growing number of
dealers across the United States who use AppOne’s services. A former savings and
loan manager and mortgage company executive, Dawn insures dealers can access AppOne’s
systems and software efficiently so they achieve success and profitability.
Alex Adarmes -- Controller
As Controller, Alex is responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of the company.
His duties include developing budgets, managing expenses, preparing financial statements,
managing finance staff, handling legal issues, and forecasting income projections.
Alex graduated from Baylor University in Waco, TX with a Bachelors of Business Administration
in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. Alex’s experience includes work
as an Auditor with UHY in Houston TX.
Flint Coleman -- Product Operations & Delivery Manager
As Product Operations & Delivery Manager, Flint provides a key role in ensuring
that AppOne's products and services are meeting business needs. In addition to managing
the new client implementation process from start to finish, he provides database
analytics and technical support.
Flint graduated from LSU with a bachelor's degree in Quantitative Business Analysis,
and has over 15 years of experience in Information Technology. For the past 13 years,
Flint worked in the lending software industry for APPRO Systems and The LoanLink
Center. As a Delivery Manager at APPRO Systems, he managed a team of IT professionals
to provide software solutions and services for over a 100 lending institutions.
